Chief Financial Officer - FMCG - CA

Our client is a large and rapidly growing FMCG organization based in New Delhi.

They are looking for a "CFO" for their organization to join them as soon as possible.

The incumbent will be responsible for all activities related to

- Finance, Accounts and Taxation for the Organization

- Provide strategic leadership to the organization

- Reporting financial performance, driving budgets, leadership reporting

- Be part of leadership team, driving high-level decisions about policy and strategy

- Manage Compliances, audits, regulatory requirements

- Identify and address financial risks and opportunities for the company.

- Drive Financial strategies in partnership with Business heads to drive organizational growth

To qualify for these positions you should:

- Be A Qualified Chartered Accountant (additional Qualifications preferred)

- Have at least 15 to 25 years of experience in Accounts and Finance in complex environments

- At least 3 years as a Head of the function leading large teams

- Have Strong financial and management accounting background

- Have good experience with corporate governance.

- Have Knowledge of Export & Import business, procedures & documentation, matters pertaining to FEMA

- Preferably have some experience in a manufacturing / retail environment (Not a show stopper)

- Be a grounded personality with good Values and Culture

- Ability to inspire confidence and create trust in various stakeholders

- Have great communication and leadership skills

- Must be a young person with High Energy and Dynamic in nature.

- Be currently from Delhi or willing to relocate.
