Chief Financial Officer - FMCG - APAC

Job Responsibilities :

- Work closely with the APAC CEO & Global CFO & Country teams to strengthen long-term financial planning and analysis, budgeting, cash flow and policy matters aimed at identifying risks, opportunities, and options so as to provide resources for attainment of business goals.

- To build a strong financial planning system aligned to business deliverables to improve the profitability of the fast-growing business

- Advise the Country business teams on investments and financial decision making for APAC.

- Evaluating business models for entering new markets, expanding existing markets, supply chain capabilities, trade and marketing investments to ensure a strong ROI.

- Ensure a strong ROI on all decisions and projects.

- Business Processes reengineering- simplify, standardize & automate.

- Drive control measures across the organization on a continuous basis.

- Complexity reduction, strengthen business processes to improve financial oversight of the business

- Oversee the finance and commercial operations across legal entities in Singapore, Bangladesh, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines & future new markets

- Ensuring a robust P&L and implementation of sound commercial policies and internal controls

- Manage the legal entity network through local statutory compliances, legal, treasury and tax management for all legal entities in the region

- Ensure compliance to all local statutory laws in respective regions.

- Coach, support, mentor & constructively challenge to develop strong teams across the organization Groom future leaders of the organization.
