Chief Financial Officer

Responsibilities:

- Forecast monthly, quarterly and annual results and MIS preparation

- Conduct risk management

- Allocate resources and manage cash flows

- Conduct profit and cost analyses

- Develop secure procedures to maintain confidential information

- Recommend cost-reducing solutions

- Drive the company's financial planning

- Perform risk management by analyzing the organization's liabilities and investments

- Decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks

- Control and evaluate the organization's fundraising plans and capital structure

- Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization's operations

- Supervise all finance personnel (mfg, distribution, support services, accountants etc.)

- Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports

- Manage tax audits and relations with banks and related government tax offices

- Prepare right SOPs, authority matrix and controls for proper functioning of the business
