CFO

We are looking for CFO for one of our reputed client in Ahmedabad.

Industry: Consumer Durables, IT, Telecommunications, E-commerce

Experience: 15 - 18 years

Responsibilities :

- Effectively manage Cash Flow Situations as well as raising, management, and utilization of Working Capital and International Finance

- Consolidation and Finalization of Group Accounts, Budget Preparation

- Preparation, Comparison and Critical Evaluation Of Annual and Long-Term Budgets, Variance Analysis

- Manage, administrate, and allocate funds and budgets.

- Management of Inventories, Book Debts, and Creditors & Operational advice/input

- Interface with PE, Investment Bankers; Supporting fundraising initiatives; providing financial data for investors / interested parties

- Partnering, Fin / P&L, Taxation, Audit, Secretarial / Regulatory compliance

- Steer company through an investment transaction

- Develop innovative pricing models for new product offerings and complex bid pursuits to meet clients need for more opex and low CapEx requirements

- Provide due diligence inputs to the firm in terms of pricing of the acquisition

- Set up financial, budgeting and reporting processes, Insurance, Risk Management, etc.

- Regulatory processes including compliance -Companies Act, Income Tax Act, FEMA, Service Tax, etc

Candidate Profile :

- MBA (Finance)/CA, CFA

- Ability to synthesize huge amounts of Finance Data for precise Business Decision-making

- Agile, responsive & effective finance organizer

- Team Management & Strong communication and Interpersonal Skills

- Inculcate team building and motivation

- Ability to perform and excel in a relatively un-structured Start-up firm Environment

- Business oriented with technical approach
