Chief Financial Officer - FinTech Startup

We are seeking a CFO for a full time position to lead a start up Financial Technology Company.

The successful track record in leading and building financial organisation, strategy and financial modelling is MUST.

This position comes with a MINIMUM SALARY and Business Partnership offer. The Projected size is $250 M+ within year 1.

Responsibilities will include :

- To build and maintain relationships with a large network of VCs for representing companies for equity stake against investments.

- Prepare fund models for fundraising opportunities (financial modeling, debt financing etc).

- Forecasts, annual budgeting process, capex tracking and overall governance

- Strategic planning for special projects

- This position provides financial consulting and strategic support to senior management including preparation of board presentations, financial presentations, capital expenditure analysis, industry benchmark/comparisons, new business opportunities, acquisition analysis and other projects requested by Senior Management.

- The Financial Planning and Analysis Department acts as the analytical engine of the company to provide insights, support and optimal business decision making.
