As the Head - Finance/CFO, you will be a core part of the leadership team and will have a crucial role in the expansion and long term strategy of the company. You will be responsible for all areas related to financial reporting and effective finance management.

The other key responsibilities will include:

- Leading the end-to-end financial controllership of the firm and managing the accounting, taxation, budgeting, MIS and reporting functions

- Providing financial insights and dashboard summaries to enable the management team make better decisions about Formulating and executing business strategy

- Developing and executing fundraising strategies to support the firm's expansion

- Participating in the fund raising activities of the firm,deal analysis and negotiations, and Investor relations

- Partnering and evaluating with the business leaders of the organization to identify and evaluate opportunities for top line / bottom line growth

- Leading a lean team of finance and accounting professionals

- Leading automation of finance processes

- Improving the efficiency of internal controls and processes and also implementing new ones to facilitate the growth of the business

- Acting as financial gatekeeper and monitoring policies and procedures within generally accepted accounting principles and corporate guidelines to ensure sufficient cash flow, reduced operating costs, and increased revenues

Candidate Profile:

- Chartered Accountant plus MBA Finance with 10-15 years of experience

- Demonstrable experience in Finance Controllership, Fund Raising and Investor Relations Management

- Exceptional thought leadership, people management and mentoring skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong skills in process re-engineering

- Flexible for 6 days a week working structure (Twice in a month)
