Chief Financial Officer - Financial Services - CA

Description: 

- This responsibility of CFO services includes but not limited to, financial planning, analysis and reporting; budgeting and forecasting; and accounting and tax work, with strategic and operational oversight of compensation, capital expenditures, working with VC- s, Bankers for the necessary fund raising at regular intervals with close coordination with key investors.

- Direct all corporate financial functions so that financial transactions, policies, and procedures meet the organization's short and long-term business objectives and are conducted in accordance with regulations, accounting principles, and standards.

Key skill set:

- Establish business partnering relationships with key business contacts.

- Present recommended solutions and alternatives to management based on analysis of trends, profitability, and growth opportunities.

- Develop models, create business plans, and provide decision support to executive management for strategic initiatives and business expansion.

- Partner with the management team for the business planning process including validating models and quantifying incremental resources (headcount, expense, capital) for calendar year initiatives.

- Establish operating and capital budgets and financial projections consistent with corporate objectives/deliverable 's.

- Establish and execute financial controls and accounting procedures.

- Liaise with the management reporting group on tracking performance vs. business plans and corporate allocations for product line reporting.

- Prepare periodic financial presentations with Executive Management discussing performance against plan.

- Establish and deliver insightful management reporting packages working closely with clients to define operational, financial and management information needs.

- Encourage ownership of the financials through education and regular financial review meetings with clients including the bidding process.

- Oversee and monitor monthly accounting close; ensure compliance with applicable internal and external accounting standards and financial practices.

- Design and implement systems, tools and reporting used in developing financial strategies.

- Continually streamline processes and proactively develop ways to enhance financial support to the clients as well as business units.

- Develop methods of cost allocation for product line reporting.

- Coach, develop and strengthen the skill of staff including junior and senior business analysts.

- Evaluate, provide feedback, and conduct performance reviews for all team members

- Partner with Senior and Cross-Functional leaders to create and execute the CFO vision, road map and strategy. Identify the structure necessary to drive operational and business growth.

- Effectively lead, retain and develop the CFO & Management vision organization.

- Develop and foster constructive professional relationships with executive and line management.

- Maintain and support a high-performance environment with a focus on execution.

- Provide leadership for the development and successful execution of CFO vision to product marketing communications & programs that support the products within the line of business.

- Have direct responsibility over the shared service Product Management team and a key influencer of BU Product Managers.

- Implement the tools and processes needed to define the go to market strategy and vision for solutions.

- Ensure Sales and Client Services readiness through developed training, tools and materials.

- Partner with Client Services and Sales to help identify trends and new business opportunities.

- Lead business strategy development with business units, define partnership plans, and go forward business planning across new and existing solutions

- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with external and internal partners to ensure the successful execution of initiatives.

- Implement world-class business execution, performance measurement and reporting.

- Establish and maintain fiscal and internal controls.

- Implement and maintain cost controls across global Finance organization.

- Ensure compliance and segregation of duties across global Finance organization.

- Support internal & external audit by responding to and complying with recommendations.

- Maintain financial integrity across organization.

- Ensure financial records are maintained in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.

- Knowledge with the regulations of SEZ norms.

Qualification: Degree and Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants India.

Experience: 15+ years post the qualification of CA.
