A. Fund Raising

- Spearheaded the fund raising efforts, good relationship with global/domestic Private Equity funds/Banks

- Leading the fund raising initiative of the Company to ensure clear visibility of funds/credit limit for ensuring the AUM growth and Cash Flows.

- Representing company to Institutional Investors, PE firms, Mutual Funds, Banks, FI, FIIs, Rating Agencies, Debenture Trustees, Registrars, Brokers/intermediaries to ensure that the adequate credit limits are available which has in turn led to development of extensive relationships.

- Nurtured and developed extensive relationship with Senior Bank Officials, Mutual Funds Managers/CIOs, FI, FIIs and major local and international Investment Banks.

B. Investor relations

- Liaison with Private Equity Investors / stakeholders FIs PSU & Pvt. Sector Banks who have invested Equity fund and Debt Fund in the Companies.

- Providing periodic financial information in the formats agreed with them at agreed intervals after review with Chairman/Promoters.

- Attending investor meetings along with Chairman & Directors.

- Any other related matter.

C. Other responsibilities

- Oversee the management and coordination of all fiscal reporting activities for the organization including: organizational revenue/expense and balance sheet reports, reports to funding agencies, development and monitoring of organizational budgets.

- Develop and maintain systems of internal controls to safeguard financial assets of the organization and ensure adequate coverage of insurance.

- Ensure that the business meets all statutory requirements & statutory reporting (compliance local legal system, Tax declarations like VAT, Corporate Income Tax)

- Analyze financial results and provide the management with a clear understanding of the financial performance and the financial effects / implications of business plans and strategies.
