Chief Financial Officer/Finance Controller - Staffing Firm - CA

Job Responsibilities

- End-to-end controllership of Accounting, Reporting, Treasury, Cash Control, System Process and Internal Controls, ERP, Audits, Intercompany transactions & Due diligence w.r.t Corporate Finance Function.

- Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures

- Document and maintain complete and accurate supporting information for all financial transactions

- Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control etc

- Prepare and maintain the company's budget and financial forecasts.

- Work with the CFO to develop and implement strategic financial plans.

- Handling Internal as well as Statutory Audit

- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures specific to the industry.

- Manage the company's cash flow and ensure that it meets its financial obligations.

- Oversee the company's external audits and ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations.

Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) designation

- 10+ years of experience in accounting and finance, with at least 5 years of experience in a senior accounting role in the staffing industry

- Team handling experience is a must

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures

- Experience with financial reporting and analysis

- Experience with budgeting and forecasting

- Experience with internal controls and compliance

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
