Chief Financial Officer - Finance Consulting Firm

Job Requirements -

- Formulate and implement strategic business plans for existing business along with an aggressive growth plan.

- Responsible for managing the day to day operations of the company.

- Establishing policies & processes that create promote a positive company culture and vision.

- Partner with the leadership in achieving the vision and aspirations of the organization.

- Engage the audit, and investment committees around issues, trends, and changes in the operating model(s) and operational delivery

- Treasury Management & Fund Raising

- Overall responsibility of Accounting, Financial Reporting, Compliance, Fund Management, System & Processes etc

Qualification & Experience

- Experience as a Finance Controller or Chief Financial Officer level is preferred

- Education: CWA, CA or CFA or Equivalent

- Experience -18 -22 Years

- Working Experience in Financial Consulting company is preferred
