1. Strong experience in accounts and finance with family office.

2. Provide financial strategy recommendations to the promoters

3. Oversee all financial decisions, such as budgeting and auditing etc.

4. Reviews planning process and suggests improvements to current methods.

5. Ensure corporate law compliances & governance.

6. Supervise compliances of Secretarial and Legal functions, taxation.

7. Mentor, train and developing Corporate Team comprising treasury, taxation, legal & secretarial, Corporate Planning, Internal Audit and Business finance & accounts teams
