Chief Financial Officer - Event Management Firm

My client is a leading event management company based in Mumbai.

Position: Chief Financial Officer

Reporting to : Founder / Creative Director

Location: Mumbai

Job Responsibilities:

- Heading Finance function of entire company.

- Supervising the finance department and being the chief financial spokesperson for the company.

- Assisting in all strategic and tactical matters as they relate to budget management, cost benefit analysis, forecasting needs and the securing of new funding.

- Allocating budgets, preparing and implementing financial plans and budgets

- Controlling the cash flow position throughout the company, understanding the sources and uses of cash, and maintaining the integrity of funds, securities and other valuable documents.

Requirements:

- The candidate should have a professional degree in Finance - CA/MBA Finance and should have a minimum of 15 years of relevant work experience.
