About our Client : Our clients is a market leader in entertainment/media industry. They have grown exponentially through innovative and inventive methods of operations. They have a large set-up in Cochin and are looking to hire a CFO with experience in growing businesses through effect partnering of finance in business activities.

Job Description: As the CFO you will report into the MD and be responsible for Review of annual plan and re-forecast; cost management

- Development of metrics to measure performance

- Periodic monitoring of business Performance against the metrics (P&L and Cash); manage Banking operations; credit risk and reputation risk

- Responsible for compliance with Indian and US GAAP & compliance with Key control defined under SOX

- Timely completion of audits and addressing control gap

- Direct and Indirect tax compliances (Income tax, Service tax, VAT)

- Review all key transactions- assess risks, review business case and provide strategic recommendation to the management

- Review business performance with key stakeholders; identify issues ; arrive at solutions and monitor

The Successful Candidate:

- As a successful applicant you come with 10+ years of experience with large service based organizations with a business size of INR 500cr and above.

- You have been in a controllership/CFO role for the last 5+ years.

- Language should not be a barrier for you to work out of Cochin.
