Chief Financial Officer - Engineering/Infrastructure Firm

CA / MBA Finance with excellent Communication skills (Both Verbal and Written) having experience and responsible for :

Developing & implementing financial controls, accounting, Merger and Acquisitions, transfer pricing, direct and indirect taxation, Company Law compliance, Financial forecasting and Budgeting, MIS reporting, Credit control, Credit Risk Assessment, funding arrangements and working capital management

- Controlling function including Budgeting & review and controlling the costs as per Budget

- Experienced in heading entire accounts & finance functions including maintenance & finalization of accounts, generate performance reports & analysis, ensure statutory compliance, building internal financial controls, etc.

- Develop financial and management reports emphasizing on variance analysis and improvement strategies

- Excellent understanding of formulating budgets, conducting ageing & revenue analysis to exercise financial control and enhancing overall efficiency of the organisation

- Skilled in preparing key reports & implementing systems & procedures for operational effectiveness

- Possess good analytical, problem solving and coordination skills

- Managing and improving business processes in close co-ordination with operations along with adherence to statutory compliance

- Achievement-oriented professional with excellent people management skills and an capability to manage change with ease

- Identifying new business opportunities & analyzing the financial aspects ; sharing reports with management & formulate financial budgets/ controls/ policies

- Financial planning, budgeting, analysis, accounting and accounts finalization

- Fund management, audits, statutory compliance, MIS reporting,

- Preparation of monthly profitability statements

- Cash and fund flow statement

- Capex as well as Opex Costing & Revenue

- Cash flow statement of projects
