Position : Chief Financial Officer

Job Description :

- This is to heads the Finance and Accounting function and a part of strategic leadership team.

- The ideal incumbent should be a CA/CPA and should have the zest and enthusiasm to work with a progressive start-up and be a part of the growth story.

- Should have worked in a startup environment and have good experience in a fundraising process .

- Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department.

- Managing finance & accounts, budgeting, forecasting, cost & credit control.

- Lead all investment activities from a financial perspective for the organization.

- Providing strategic thought leadership for the profitable growth of the organization.

- Preparation of annual budgets, preparing monthly MIS for Management, providing ad-hoc analysis and reports to management.

- In-depth understanding of cash flow management, Core Finance, bank reconciliation, and bookkeeping

- Hands-on experience with budgeting and risk management

- Experience in managing legal, secretarial function

- Prior experience working with EdTech company is preferred but not mandatory.

- Experience with ESOPs issuance and ESOP structure.

- Experience with tools like CARTA or any cap table management tool is preferred.

- Excellent communication skills

- Experience in building and managing high-performance teams

- Excellence proficiency in Microsoft tools

- Ability to create & develop new ideas & creative solutions
