Chief Finance Officer - Qualified CA - EdTech/IT Industry exp. mandatory

- Hiring for a Mid size EdTech Organization in Gurgaon

- 6 Days Working

- Work from Office (Alternate Saturdays WFH)

Duties/Responsibilities :

- Plan, implement and manage investment strategies

- Must have managed fundraising plans and capital structure

- Must have participated in the Mergers & Acquisition keeping in mind the compliances & due diligence linked to it.

- Manage Investors Relations.

- Ensure the Statutory Audits & Financial audits are successful.

- Determine finance KPIs

- Track and ensure cash flow is positive, appropriate and sustainable

- Manage and retain relationships with various vendors

- Manage positive relationships with the Banks & Lending institutions.

- Prepare and present current & forecasting reports

Education and Experience :

- Previous working experience as CFO/Finance Controller in Startups/Mid size firms

- Total work experience of 15-20 years

- Qualified CA.

Additionally :

- Preferably LLB & M. Com in Accounting, Finance or similar relevant field and data analysis.

- 8 to 10 yrs. of experience in financial management required

- Excellent knowledge of corporate financial law, Companies Act & Income Tax Act

- Hands-on experience with risk management

- Hands-on experience with financial management software.

- Handled Due Diligence with Financial Advisory firms/Big 4.

- From an IT or EdTech background.

- Stints with Start-ups & scalable companies preferred.
