Chief Financial Officer - CA/ ICWA/MBA (Top B School)  Hiring Chief Financial Officer for an eCommerce startup in Andheri (W).  - An exceptional opportunity to work with a well known startup as a CFO with International travelling exposure.   - As a key member of the Executive Team, and reporting to the Management Team, you will play an active role in finance planning. You will be involved in decisions relating to strategic initiatives and growth models of the company.   Your Key Responsibility areas would be :   - New International Corporate Structure   - International Taxation   - Financial & Tax Planning   - Investment & Treasury   Detailed Responsibilities :   - Providing leadership, vision, and focus to ensure the short and long term financial health of the organization   - Develop financial and operational strategies, including for global expansion, implement metrics tied to strategies, and spearhead the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and generate accurate financial reports   - Assess and evaluate financial performance of the organization with regard to long term operational goals, budgets, and forecasts. Create and establish monthly, quarterly, and annual financial objectives that align with the company's plan for growth and expansion   - Provide regular insights and recommendations for both short term and long term growth plans of organization. Utilize forward-looking models and activity-based analyses to provide financial insight into the organization's plans and operating budgets   - Ensure application of appropriate internal controls, compliance and financial procedures. Implement policies, procedures, processes, and systems to provide a wide range of financial and operational information. Enhance and implement financial and accounting systems, processes, tools, and control systems   - Develop and maintain monthly operating budget and annual company operating budget. Prepare and present monthly financial budget, P&L, forecast vs. budget and cash flow reports.   - Review and analyze monthly financial results and provide recommendations. Ensure timeliness and accuracy of financial and management reporting data for company management, investors, lenders and board of directors.   - Engage with the board of directors to develop short term and long term plans, projections and budgets   - Oversee preparation of month-end and quarterly financial statements, and prepare for external audits   - Should willing to relocate to Ireland   Note : CA or CFA is a must, MBA from Top B School can also apply
