Chief Financial Officer - D2C eCommerce - CA

CFO - Ecommerce - D2C brand. Our client is a leading Mattress player in D2C segment.

A D2C eCommerce Player is looking for CFO position.

Location : Mumbai (Head Office), Delhi ; Manufacturing Plant.

Qualification :

1. CA is a must with 10 to 14 Years of Experience

2. eCommerce Experience is a must

3. Have worked on Raising Funds, managing the appointment of Bankers for fund raise, carrying out Due Diligence, Devising a business plan

4. Managed Investor's relation - existing Investors as well as Potential Investors.

5. Understanding of Manufacturing process, Cost efficiencies,

6. P&L Management, Finalization of Accounts, Understanding of Taxes.

7. Experience of Managing a large team of 10-15 people

8. Open to travel / Work from multiple location

9. Compensation : 50 to 70 LPA + lucrative ESOPs
