Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute financial strategies to support long-term growth and business objectives.

- Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to align financial goals with organizational vision.

- Prepare the organization for an IPO, ensuring compliance with regulatory and market requirements.

- Lead capital-raising efforts, including venture capital, private equity, and public offerings.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, analysts, and financial institutions.

- Oversee due diligence processes and create financial presentations for stakeholders.

- Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.

- Oversee financial controls, risk management, and audits to ensure transparency and compliance.

- Ensure adherence to all statutory regulations, tax laws, and corporate governance practices.

- Identify and implement strategies to optimize revenue, manage costs, and improve margins.

- Evaluate M&A opportunities to support growth and diversification.

- Utilize data-driven insights to guide financial decision-making.

- Build and lead a high-performing finance team to support scaling operations and IPO readiness.

- Foster a culture of financial discipline and operational excellence across the organization.

Key Qualifications

- CA, CPA, MBA in Finance, or equivalent advanced degree.

- 7+ years of financial leadership experience.

- Proven expertise in fundraising and IPO preparation.

- Prior experience in D2C, retail, or e-commerce industries preferred.

- Strong understanding of financial markets, corporate governance, and regulatory frameworks.

- Expertise in financial modeling, valuations, and investment banking processes.
