Chief Financial Officer - Consumer Products Firm - CA

- Audit as per Indian GAAP accounts on quarterly/annual basis including dealing with statutory and internal auditor

- He/she will be responsible for ensuring financial controls, keeping a keen eye on the business fiscal performance through MIS, analytics and driving course correction as required.

- He/ She will also oversee continual improvement of the budgeting processes

- He/ She will advise on the financial perspective, cash flows and cost controls of new businesses and contracts.

Profile :

- CA with Min of 16 years of experience with at least 5 yrs. in senior leadership roles in a company

- Experience of working in a listed company or IPO/DRHP experience is preferred

- Experience in Banking relationship, Treasury or fund raising is preferred
