Chief Financial Officer - Consulting Firm

- Handle full spectrum of financial accounting role, MIS, annual budgeting.

- Responsible for day to day accounts operations with the assistance of team members.

- Responsible for timely monthly and annual consolidated financial statements, cash-flow management reporting for submission.

- Responsible for completing audit and other certifications as may be required.

- Supervision of Accounting and Commercial activities of the Group.

- Supervision for Finalization of accounts and verification of all books and records and other information as required for the Audit.

- Perform project cost forecasts and budgets, cost tracking, monitoring and controls.

- Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting and working closely with the operations and project teams in analyzing margins, variances and cost analysis.

- Review, Develop and implement internal control systems and effective accounting system and policies for the set up.

- Establish and maintain systems for cost-sensitivity analysis and early-warning of cost-overruns.

- Co- ordination with Tax Auditors and Tax Consultants.

- Expertise in Annual budget, Finance Management, Fund Management.

- Ensure compliance, including tax matters.
