Job Summary :

- As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of their diversified conglomerate, you will be the driving force behind the financial strategy and operations, ensuring the company maintains a robust financial foundation across our Automobile, Hospitality, and Real Estate businesses.

- Your role is crucial in safeguarding the company's financial health, guiding investment decisions, and providing insights to steer the organization towards sustained growth.

- You will manage financial risks, optimize capital structures, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards, playing a pivotal role in our continued success.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Financial Strategy :

- Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's long-term goals and business objectives across all group companies.

Budgeting & Forecasting :

- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to ensure accurate financial projections and effective resource allocation.

Financial Reporting :

- Oversee the preparation of timely and accurate financial statements, reports, and analyses for the CEO, Board of Directors, and other stakeholders.

Risk Management :

- Identify, assess, and manage financial risks to maintain a healthy financial position while mitigating potential risks.

Capital Management :

- Optimize the company's capital structure, manage relationships with banks and financial institutions, and ensure effective liquidity management.

Compliance & Governance :

- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, accounting standards, and corporate governance requirements across all business units.

Mergers & Acquisitions :

- Lead financial due diligence, valuation, and integration processes for potential mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.

Team Leadership :

- Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

Stakeholder Engagement :

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, auditors, regulators, and senior management, to drive the company's financial agenda.

Qualifications & Requirements :

Education :

- Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or MBA in Finance from a reputable institution.

Experience :

- A minimum of 15 years of experience in finance, with at least 7 years in a senior leadership role, preferably in a multi-industry company or Automobile Dealership.

Industry Knowledge :

- Deep understanding of financial management in the Automobile, Hospitality, and Real Estate sectors.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in financial modeling, risk management, and financial reporting. Strong knowledge of ERP systems, financial software, and MS Office Suite.

Regulatory Knowledge :

- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP), and corporate governance practices.

Leadership :

- Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team, manage cross-functional relationships, and drive strategic initiatives.
