Client: Business Group in Nigeria

Qualification: CA (Mandatory) + CFA (Desired)

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Experience: Manufacturing

Desired Experience: Seel and Mining

Our client is a Nigeria based business conglomerate in Nigeria with the HO in Lagos. We are inviting applications for a CFO Commercial who will assist the Cluster Head (comprising of 5-8 businesses) on commercial activities related to the day to day running of the Cluster businesses. Specifically in the areas of:

1. Pricing

2. Cost Control

3. Costing

4. Optimisation of Production Planning

5. Vendor and purchase cost optimisation

6. Commercial viability of business activities

7. Internal Costs and Controls

8. Commercial Proces Improvement

We are seeking persons from the Mining / Manufacturing backgrounds who understands Commercial Activities in a Manufacturing setup and have had exposure to such activities.

Key responsibilities will be:

1. Preparation & review of Quarterly Budget/ Forecasts/Tax Financials/ Profit and loss

2. Responsible for managing commercial activities and taxation within the organization

3. Coordinating and overseeing internal audits, conducting regular reviews of internal checks and controls, and standardizing processes across various verticals within the organization.

Internal Interactions will be with: Group CFO, Unit CFO and various Stake holders

External Interactions will be with: Vendors and Consultants

Qualification: CA Mandatory
