Chief Financial Officer - Cold Chain Logistics Firm

Role Overview

As the CFO, you will be pivotal in steering Celcius's financial strategy, operations, and growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will ensure finances, implement systems to maximize profitability and guide the company through its next expansion phase. This role of sustainability requires a visionary leader with deep financial acumen and a passion for driving growth in a high-potential industry.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Financial Leadership:

- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business goals to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.

- Partner with the leadership team to drive strategic initiatives, funding plans, and long-term financial objectives.

Fundraising & Investor Relations:

- Lead efforts in securing funding from venture capitalists, private equity, and other stakeholders.

- Maintain strong relationships with investors, ensuring timely communication and transparency.

Financial Planning & Analysis:

- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes to guide decision-making.

- Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth.

Compliance & Risk Management:

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, including audits and statutory reporting.

- Develop and implement risk management strategies to safeguard company assets and operations.

Operational Excellence:

- Establish robust financial controls, systems, and processes to support scale and complexity.

- Drive efficiency across all financial operations, including cash flow management and working capital optimization.

Team Leadership:

- Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

Key Requirements

- Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance from a reputed institution.

- 12+ years of experience in finance leadership roles, with a proven track record in fundraising and managing investor relations.

- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or cold chain industries is a strong advantage.

- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analytics.

- Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and risk management practices.
