CFO - Charitable Trust Hospital

Overall purpose of the job:

- To ensure effective strategic and operational financial planning, monitoring, and reporting to enhance the decision-making process and compliance with all statutory and external requirements and regulations.

- Be a key player in creating and maintaining the performance of financial and administrative services.

- Developing and maintaining a strategic financial plan and annual operating and capital budgets

- Financial analysis of new programs and business development

- Income recognition, revenue management and cost control with excellent financial control plans, processes decision support and control checks

- Plan and manage all the inflows to meet pre-determined and ongoing commitments to all activities and projects. Innovatively improve inflows, value additions and participations to enhance activities

- Receivables and Payables control

- Reports directly to the CEO and interacts with top management and affiliated organizations. Consultants, associations, and Govt Agencies

Duties:

- Ability to handle with expertise all the above aspects relating to the financial affairs of Charitable Trusts, Hospitals, Educational Institutions, Hostels, Clubs & Community activities etc.

- Manage effectively financial processes relating to areas like Patient services, ancillary services, Equipment and other purchases and maintenance, reimbursements, claims, Fees management, Donations, Campus management expenses, etc.

- Disbursements (payroll and accounts payable) processing

- Establish and Manage relationships with Banks, vendors, Insurance companies, Payment

- Gateways, Service Organizations, Donors, etc.

- Negotiate contracts and agreements with third parties

- Participate in professional associations and community service activities

- Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned

Qualification And Experience:

1. CA or CWA with around 20 years of experience with good exposure to similar institutions and activities. Age not more than 50.

2. Knowledge of practices, processes, and issues in the field.

3. Job requires the highest level of problem-solving.

4. Emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills, initiative, self-motivation, practical learning skills, enthusiasm, and an ability to complete multiple tasks in a timely and accurate manner

5. Demonstrated ability to operate successfully in a constantly changing, fast pace environment

6. Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.

7. Ability to appropriately handle confidential and/or sensitive information

8. Extensive experience and adaptability as to computer skills.

9. Ability to multitask and solve complex operational issues in health care and educational settings.
