Chief Financial Officer - CA - Startup

A heavily VC funded company iis looking for a CFO

Ideal candidate (reporting to CEO) would be:

- CA with 6-10 years post qualification experience

- Articleship preferably with big 5

- eCommerce / Technology services experience preferable with knowledge of USGAAP/Singapore GAAP and exposure to operations in international markets

- Fund raise (incl. debt) exposure preferred is a must

- Technically sound across various areas of finance including taxation (esp. VAT/Excise) and Cos. Act compliance

- Bright and energetic to build an organization with global footprint
