Chief Financial Officer - CA - Retail eCommerce Startup

A chartered Accountant with 7 to 15 Years of experience. This is for a E-Commerce Startup in Retail segment at Chennai. A 2 year old company as on date and has operations almost all major cities in India. Is looking for a CFO

Fund Raising Experience is a must.

- Have experience in senior management role in finance and accounts. Fund Raising Experience is a Must

- Capable of handling private equity and institutional fund raise initiatives

- Can handle complete finance and accounts team leadership

- Good leader and good communicator

Education : CA + MBA

Experience : 7 to 15 years of experience. Age in the bracket of 28 to 35 years.

Budget : Salary, Plus Incentive Plus Bonus

ESOP Will also be eligible for senior management equity as per ESOP policy of the company.

Location : Based out of Chennai but required to travel as required for fulfilling role of CFO.

- Manages investor relationships.
