Chief Financial Officer - CA - Real Estate/Construction

Real Estate / Construction Company which is part of a 3000 CR group is looking for a CFO.

- CA with at least 15 years of experience

- Good understanding of the construction industry is a must

- Should be fluent in at least one south Indian language and must have prior experience of having worked in South India.

- Responsible for the development of the financial strategy and ongoing development / monitoring of financial reports and results.

- Ensure the financial well-being of the organization by managing financial projections, accounting, record keeping and preparation of year end financial statements and tax returns.

- Monitor the preparation of project budgets and business cases and formulate basic guidelines and principles for the same

- Coordinate with other departments to oversee the preparation of annual budget
