RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategizing fund-raising for various Projects, monitoring projects closely for proactive fund planning
- Fund-raising (Bonds/Term loan/OD) at optimal cost from Mutual funds/Banks/NBFCs
- Negotiating with banks/FIs/lawyers/consultants and other stakeholders
- Overall financial planning/management, overseeing MIS/ABP
- Overseeing commercial aspects in JDA deals/ Feasibility of new Projects
- Marketing the company and its robust business model among potential investors/ resolving investors queries
- Advising management on various financial/business decisions
- Planning/tax-structuring various deals, negotiation, deal-management, valuation, due-diligence/documentation, ensuring/negotiating that legal documents are in company's best interest
- Feasibility analysis with Business development team and corporate level fund planning/Private Equity infusion for new projects at Business Development stage itself
- Designing and implementing the long-term and short-term financial planning/forecasting process in the Company through creation/consolidation of comprehensive financial models for all projects, designing and implementing the process of preparation of various reports required by top-management
- Preparation of Annual Business Plan/Forecasting - Co-ordination with various departments, helping them in forecasting/planning expenditure for the year, Variance analysis, facilitating pre-emptive cost controls
- Project life-cycle costing/modeling to facilitate monitoring of project profits and taking pre-emptive control/planning steps, modifying suitably the strategies for sales/price/product planning etc.
