Qualification : CA must

- Managing liquidity, by undertaking appropriate financial planning,

- Conducting feasibility analysis on new investments and projects,

- Fund Raising

- Preparation of budgets,

- Liaisoning with Banks and Financial Institutions,

- Formulation and implementation of strategic financial plans,

- Managing the financial operations,

- Taxation, Audit, Secretarial & legal aspects of the company.
