Job Description :

Planning :

- Strategic perspective, developing performance measurement.

- Monitor and improvement of monthly MIS reporting.

- Develop financial and tax strategies.

Operations :

- Involvement in key decision making as a member of the executive management team.

- Manage the accounting, legal and taxation aspects.

- Compliance testing as per the terms stipulated in the investment agreements.

- Oversee the financial operations of the subsidiary companies and foreign operations.

Reporting :

- The financial information to the management and the board of Directors..

- Ensuring the issuance of the MIS reports in respect of the cash flows, overheads, statutory payments and taxation issues.

- Develop financial and tax strategies.

Compliance :

- Monitor and analyze the open legal issues of the company.

- Ensure that the accounting records are in line with the requirements of the auditors and the statutory authorities
