About our Client: Our client is has been nominated as one of the fastest growing diversified business into quick service restaurants, fine dining culinary concepts and trendy cafe's. They have operations across India and are fast expanding to other international locations. They are well poised to become one of India's leading food and beverage companies and require a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to give direction and execute their strategy.

Job Description: Reporting to the CEO, you would manage a team of 14 people and would have be involved closely in their growth strategy in India. As a brief of your responsibilities you would be involved in:

- Formulating and executing a well laid out strategy in growing the business internationally

- Improve operational efficiency in the business to control costs, increase supply chain impact and improve overall top line profitability

- Implementing an ERP systems across the various business verticals

- Ensuring compliance to all the statutory compliance with respect to the accounting and service tax

- Driving the business plans and strategy to enhance the growth in the business

- In addition, you would be responsible for mentoring and training the staff so as to improve the organization talent.

The Successful Candidate:

- You must be a Chartered Accountant with 12 to 18 years of industry experience, and at least 8 years of experience as a successful Financial controller in a Foods & Beverage business.

- You must have a strong understanding of operational and supply chain finance in the Foods/Restaurant business.

- You have had ideally had International exposure and have worked and managed multiple stake holders.

- The candidate must be a dynamic, well-spoken and would be preferred if he/she has had international exposure.
