CFO-CA First Attempt
Lead the groups strategic finance function by playing a role of true business partner to the Board and Senior Management
Assess organizational performance against both the annual budget and long-term strategy. Develop tools and systems to provide critical financial and operational information to the Board and make actionable recommendations.
Engage the board in finance, audit, and investment committees around issues, trends, and changes in the operating model(s) and operational delivery. Assist in establishing yearly objectives and meeting agendas, and selecting and engaging outside consultants.
Oversee long-term budgetary planning and costs management in alignment with group's strategic plan, especially as the organization considers potential inorganic growth.
Managing finance functions involving designing and implementing systems, policies & procedures to facilitate internal financial control towards the accomplishment of organizational goals. Proactive management with focus on continuous improvement initiatives in the areas of cost, working capital and funds management
Structure and secure equity finance and permanent loans for meeting the growth objectives of the company. Approve business plans and cash flow forecasts. Work with the teams to provide financial and legal due diligence, tax and legal structuring coordination.
Ensure proper cash flows so that cash is available for operations. Optimizing funds management and Monitoring cash flow on a regular basis with key focus on monitoring and controlling receivables, inventories and payables. Manage relationships with Banks and other financial institutions.
Adding value on key business issues, formulation of strategic plans and financial structuring and their implementation
Implementing specific strategies in the areas of working capital, Long term borrowings.
Taxation: Ensure total and timely compliance. Seek advise from experts to optimize and avail the tax benefits.
