Title : CFO (Chief Financial Officer)
Reporting structure : Finance Head (Singapore Office)
Base Location : Pune
Experience : 14 - 20 Years
Education : CA (1st attempted clear)

- Financial Analysis and reporting under IFRS

- Computer Systems Literacy is essential.
Managerial:

Key Functional areas :
- Local Statutory & Group reporting as per the timeline.
- Budgeting, Financial forecast & monitoring & Analysis
- Net Working Capital monitoring & control
- AR and credit controls
- Drive Step change implementation for cost reduction
- Fixed Asset verification,
- Local Internal & external audits reports outcome closure,
- Internal Controls project / roll out of IFC
- Preparing for and conducting Board Meetings
- Ensuring compliance of RBI and Co Act
- Attending various tax authorities
- Driving for APA & Transfer pricing compliances
- Compliance support
- Actively monitor financial risk exposures in country
- Assist in organizing and managing treasury in company
- Ensure financial accounting for local statutory reporting
- Manage country tax compliance and review tax risk profile
- Review external auditor assignments and reports, pension compliance, tax structure and financial accounting in local Reporting entities
- Financial approvals for IARs.
- Statutory Compliance in coordination with Central Finance. Secure compliance of Group Financial Reporting Policies and Procedures and the correct use of Company Chart of Accounts
- Ensure compliance and conditions for correct reporting of new acquired businesses as well as support Group
- If applicable functions upon request in Merger & Acquisition processes
- Perform on behalf of and in cooperation with group function activities upon request relating to such as merger, acquisitions and divestments in country.
