Client:

A large manufacturing company headquartered in Hyderabad with multiple business in India. Expanding rapidly.

The Scope:

Reporting to both Executive Director & MD the role is extremely critical for the organization as the businesses continue to expand across India.

Working very closely with MD, ED & other senior management team, the role will provide strategic advisory with regards to short and long term planning combined with business expansion, Corporate Finance and potential IPO.

Key responsibilities:

- Will manage finance team across corporate offices and branches. Must provide leadership to finance team for sound finance practices, Governance and good business sense.

- Experience in Treasury operations in a large manufacturing company with long relationships with financial institutions will be preferred.

Candidates with Good bank relationship, commercial banks background, M&A experience, fund raising, IPO are preferable

- Making the organization IPO ready & taking it through the entire process

- Ensuring Stock Exchange, SEBI compliance

- Must have extensive experience in raising funds (short term & long term), arrange working capital for projects in India.-

- Experience in resource mobilization and treasury activities

- Must have experience in reducing high cost debts, project financing etc.

- Must have good knowledge and experience of ECB's, Mutual Funds and securities

- Specific job duties also include developing financial operating reports, such as annual plans, quarterly forecasts, periodic reviews and updates. Gather business performance data, analyse and compare it to previous periods, and develop recommendations for improvements in revenue growth or resource allocation

- Responsible for preparing financial materials for boards of directors and other stakeholders and taking the lead in financial best practices.

Building relationships with investors and analysts, understanding and anticipating their inquiries, in-order to address them proactively in the company's disclosures, presentations and discussions. Clearly communicating a firm's business strategies and results.-

Education & Experience required:-

CA with 18 plus years of post-qualification experience in large manufacturing company in India. Must have experience in IPO process along with strong hold on all other F & A functions.
