Chief Financial Officer - CA - Manufacturing

Overall management of the finance & accounts department. Advising Board on economical sources of funds and Forex handling, Working Capital Sourcing, Direct & Indirect taxation.

Incumbents would be responsible for overall accounting and financial reporting functions of the company including :-

- Being an essential part of Support system to the Board of Directors, to be involved in business initiatives, performance & solutions, make use of business analytical skills, proficient in accounting standards, articulate with strong leadership skills with competency.

- Preparation of Annual and other periodic Financial Statements.

- Preparation /Presentation / Analysis / MIS for Financial forecasts, Capital Budgeting, Revenue forecasts, to participate on projects CAPEX and OPEX evaluation.

- Preparation of proposals for submission to Banks / Financial Institutions, submission of periodical Data, MSOD & other Financial Statements, Operation of Bank Limits, to liaise with Bankers and ensure good fund management.

- Ensuring Statutory Corporate compliances

- FOREX management & Compliance of FEMA regulations.

Qualification, Experience & Skill Sets:

- CA with 15+ Years of Experience in a Manufacturing Industry is a must.

- At least 5 years in a leadership role within large/mid-size company.

- Proven track record in managing the growth of a business area, providing clear focus and direction in line with business strategy

- Knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP

- Should be passionate to grow/scale up the business from medium sized organization to a large firm

- Should have worked in consumer/manufacturing industry, MNC (Multi-National Corporation) environment
