Chief Financial Officer - CA - Infrastructure & Construction Firm

We are recruiting for CFO with one of the leading Infrastructure & construction company of India.

Qualifiers:

- CA qualified

- Experience in Mergers and Acquisitions of both buying and selling

RESPONSIBILITIES

Planning / Forecasting

- Evolve and enhance revenue, margin and cash flow forecasting models

- Work in cooperation with Operations and Sales to deliver accurate financial forecasts

- Refine internal financial reporting to support evolving needs of a growing business

- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all accounting - including lender, regulatory and compliance requirements

- Responsible for all aspects of company liquidity

- Monitors financial performance by measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances and reports financial status by developing forecasts; reporting results; analyzing variances; developing improvements

Analysis

- Evaluate and analyze company and client data (invoices, costs, time, productivity, utilization, etc.) to created financial and operational plans to improve revenue and margins

- Measure margin performance by product and service offering, customer type and key customers; analyze data to understand business impacts; validate variances and trends; contribute on new business opportunities, cost reduction efforts, ROI, etc.

Reporting

- Deliver monthly reporting back to executive team, Board and banks Strategy development

- Develop and implement departmental strategies to ensure areas of responsibility will scale with the growth of the company

- Develop financial and operational strategies by evaluating data and trends

- Work as part of executive team to create and implement company-wide strategic plan

- Work with CEO on all M&A activities, taking a lead ownership role in the financial and legal aspects of acquisitions

Management / leadership

- Maintain strong relationships with the Board, Investors and banks

- Lead team on tax data gathering and core compliance; be responsible for all asset liability, cash management and risk administration

Legal

- Manager outside legal counsel

- Manager, review, revise and approve all client contracts
