Candidate Profile:

- The Chief Financial Officer position is accountable for the administrative, financial, and risk management operations of the Company. As a key member of the Executive Management Team, the Chief Financial Officer will report to the Board of Directors President and assume a strategic role in the overall Management of the Company.

- The CFO will have primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities of the Company. This will include direct responsibility for accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, job costing, legal, property management, deal analysis and negotiations, investor relationships and partnership compliance and private and institutional financing.

- Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.

- Incumbent should have excellent exposure to corporate Financing and should be able to set up & manage accounting system & controls and deliver under time pressure.

Job Responsibility:

Operations:

- Develops Organization prospects by studying economic trends and revenue opportunities; projecting acquisition and expansion prospects; analyzing organization operations; identifying opportunities for improvement, cost reduction, and systems enhancement; accumulating capital to fund expansion.

- Oversee the production of monthly reports including reconciliations with funders as well as financial statements and cash flow projections for use by Executive management, as well as the Audit/Finance Committee and Board of Directors.

- Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable and ensure a disaster recovery plan is in place as well as Participate in key decisions as a member of the Executive Management Team.

- Maintain in-depth relations with all Members of the Management Team.

- Manage the Accounting, Investor relations, Legal, Tax, and Treasury Departments.

- Oversee the Financial Operations of Subsidiary Companies and Foreign Operations/Investors, Manage any third parties to which functions have been outsourced and Supervise Acquisition Due Diligence and Negotiate Acquisitions

- Implement operational best practices along with Participate in conference calls with the investment community

- Maintain banking relationships and Represent the Company with investment bankers and investors

- Designing Monthly profitability statement along with design and institute budgetary format as well as Revenue and Expenditure reports.

- Monitor Cash balances and cash forecasts

Financial Information:

- Monitors Financial Performance by measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances.

- Oversee the issuance of financial information, Maintain relations with external auditors and investigate their findings and recommendations.

- Shall Be Responsible For Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Foreign Exchange, Legal & Secretarial. Shall Report To BOD.

- Handle: Accounting & Finance; Commercial & Direct taxation; Statutory compliances; Auditing etc using Indian & international standards

- Ensure credibility of Finance group by timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends, forecasts and Report financial results to the board of directors.

Risk Management

- Understand and mitigate key elements of the Company's risk profile

- Monitor all open legal issues involving the Company, and legal issues affecting the industry

- Construct and monitor reliable control systems

- Ensure that the Company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements

- Ensure that record keeping meets the requirements of auditors and government agencies

- Report risk issues to the audit committee of the board of directors

Essential Qualifications:

- 12 to 15 years Experience of banking, fund management, taxation and accounting in progressively responsible financial leadership roles.

- Must be CA/ICWA

Preferable Qualification:

- CS Qualification

- MBA
