CFO- CA /ICWA/ MBA Finance with 15-20 years experience

Role:

- Driving Forecasting & Budgeting

- Implementation of Robust Governance Process

- Project Profitability & financial monitoring & providing business units early warnings / remedial measures

- Implementation of Business Finance Transformation Project

- Facilitate Strategy Development & decision making process (last 5 years in Senior Leadership roles)

- Deal independently with Corporate / Divisional HQ's

- Exposure in Management Reporting, Project Profitability Reports, Capital Investment Proposals for green field projects

- Business Partnering and implementation of financial governance

a) Knowledge of Excise / VAT / Service Tax / Transfer Pricing / Labour Laws

b) Knowledge of IT / ERP Systems (SAP, JD Edwards, BPCS )

- Knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP & Sarbanes Oxley Act (SoX)
