Chief Financial Officer - CA - Global Infrastructure Finance Firm

Key Responsibilities would include:

Fund/Resource Mobilization

- Mobilization of Funds (Domestic & International); managing banking relationships

Forecast

- Budgeting, planning, financial & business analysis and costing

- Forecasting & managing cash-flows and arranging working capital

MIS/Processes

- Setting up and maintaining strong systems, processes, and controls

- Improving accounting and MIS systems; focus on business efficiencies

Tax

- Overall responsible for Taxation

Compliances & Governance

- Revenue and cost management, ensure proper control & checks

- Monitoring statutory compliance

Leadership/Relationship Management

- Mentoring & leading the finance & accounting team

- Leading & managing investor relationship

- Collaborating with the CEO to analyze the health of business and review

The position reports to the Board.

Professionals working in the organisation include from MNCs in India and overseas.

Ideal candidate would be CA working in financial services sector preferably from Mumbai and willing to work in Kolkata.
