Working directly with the Board & responsible for the entire finance & accounts team, you will be responsible for:

- Making the organization IPO ready & taking it through the entire process

- Work with the CEO on the strategic vision.

- Provide an operating budget and strong MIS system. Work with CEO to ensure programmatic success through cost analysis support, and compliance with all contractual and programmatic requirements.

- Oversee the management and coordination of all fiscal reporting activities for the organization including: organizational revenue/expense and balance sheet reports, reports to funding agencies, development and monitoring of organizational and contract/grant budgets.

- Attend Board and Subcommittee meetings; including been the lead staff on the Audit/Finance Committee.

- Treasury duties - responsible for the company's present financial condition. Decide how to invest the company's money, taking into consideration risk and liquidity. In addition, oversee the capital structure of the company, determining the best mix of debt, equity and internal financing. Work with senior teams to grow the businesses formulating strategies and plans.

- Contributing to the overall success of the organization by effectively managing all financial tasks, overseeing budgeting and accounting

- Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures

- Responsible for Business Analysis, Inventory & debtor control and finalization and audit of annual report

- Ensuring that appropriate systems and internal controls are implemented and maintained as per organization's expectations

- Develop and maintain timely and accurate financial statements and reports that are appropriate for the users and in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)

- Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual closing of financial- Balance sheet, P&L, Cash Flow statements

- Consolidation of Financial of all Business units and subsidiaries

- Liasioning with banks and other financial institutions

Qualification, Experience & Skill Sets:

1. CA with Minimum 20 plus years of post qualification experience in a Manufacturing Organisation and should have prior experience of taking a company successfully through an IPO process or should have handled Investor and leading the entire Finance & Account functions.

2. Domestic and global financial management experience across multiple & multi location business environment.

3. Excellent written and oral communication skills

4. - Out of box- thinking capability.

5. Demonstrated leadership ability, team management and interpersonal skills.

6. Should be updated in - what's happening around the world- .

7. Should be able to groom / mentor a team.

8. Experience in a senior management role, partnering with executive staff, resulting in the development and implementation of creative financial management strategies.

9. Strong adaptability

10. Business friendly

11. Experience in foreign exchange management in multi currencies.

12. A great team player with the ability to positively influence business and finance stakeholders
