They are in the process of major expansions in India and are looking for sharp young finance professionals in their team

Job Description: As the CFO you will be responsible for:

- Supervise the working of the finance & legal teams.

- Liaise with banks to obtain renewal of facilities in time.

- Ensure all legal documentation and agreements are duly vetted before sign off

- Negotiate/ liaise through brokers to obtain best rates

- Draft & finalize Toll processing / consignment stocks agreements

- Review agreements & registration of charges

The Successful Candidate:

- You are a qualified Chartered Accountant and come with 15+ years of work experience within manufacturing businesses and are proficient with SAP.

- You can work independently, you are good with processes and have good communications skills.
