Responsibilities:

- Preparation of Annual Budget outlet wise, Brand wise and corporate level

- Presentation of Annual Budget to Board

- Management of daily working capital

- Compliance with VAT, TDS, Service tax

- Transfer Pricing

- Approval of Payments

- Monthly MIS review

- Interaction with Bankers in USA and India

- The annual audit of US operations
