About our Client: Our client is a leading EPC company with PAN South Asia operations. Our client is focused on design, supply and service of cooling towers. With their manufacturing plant in Gujarat, and corporate office in Mumbai, they are now looking for a CFO to head their finance functions in India.

Job Description:

Reporting to the Group CFO, your key responsibilities will include:

- Developing the financial strategies and developing action plans in line with the company's goal

- Participating in key decisions as a member of the Executive Management team

- Conducting internal and external audit and plan CA- PA for the recommendations

- Understanding and mitigating the company's risk profile

- Ensuring Compliance to the government and auditors requirements

The Successful Candidate:

- As a successful applicant, you should be a CA with more than 20 years of work-experience.

- You should have been a CFO of a mid-sized organization for 5 years.

- You should have a strong personality and should be able to think innovatively.
