Having grown substantially over the last few years they are now looking for a strong individual to help them lay down the strategy for future business growth, ensuring high levels of efficiency and profitability.

Job Description: As the CFO you will report into the President and be responsible for Supervise the working of the finance & legal teams.

- Liaise with banks to obtain renewal of facilities in time.

- Ensure all legal documentation and agreements are duly vetted before sign off

- Negotiate/ liaise through brokers to obtain best rates

- Draft & finalize Toll processing / consignment stocks agreements

- Review hypothecation agreement & registration of charges

The Successful Candidate:

- You are a qualified Chartered Accountant and come with 15+ years of work experience within manufacturing, preferably within the Chemicals business or allied businesses.

- You have 7+ years of experience heading the finance team of a mid-sized business.

- You can work independently, you are good with processes and have good communications skills.
