- Handling treasury functions.

- Support Promoter/Shareholders in fund raising- debt and equity.

- Participate in the fund raising process, maintain healthy relationships with banks, rating agencies and other investor classes.

- An effective leader with strong analytical, team-building & problem solving skills.

- Capable to energize/motivate teams to achieve optimum performance.

- Supporting CEO in managing and designing strategies for the Company and new products launches including pricing and structuring of the product.

- Track record of partnering with business in financial planning and analysis including execution of strategic plans and delivery on financial commitments.

- Steering accounting and tax team to ensure accurate & timely financial accounting & reporting .

- Rich experience in handling Finance aspects in Business projects, Pricing, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions and structuring transactions.

- Capable in leading and owning entire gamut of Finance responsibilities including controllership related responsibilities, financial reporting, accounting, providing direction & guidance for process improvement, Statutory audit & Certifications, regulatory (RBI) filings and compliances.

- Drive Capital management; dividend, cash flow management etc.

- Capable in development and implementation of internal finance policies, procedures, manuals and also introduce best practices of finance and accounting.

- Drafting of the offer document jointly with legal counsels and other lead managers for preparation of the offer document for regulatory filings.

- Drive the resources raising function of the company - through equity, structured equity and debt.
