Position: Chief Financial Officer

Company: Renowned & Popular Brand

Qualification: CA Qualified + Master's finance from Institute of Repute (Preferred but not mandatory

Experience:


- Minimum 15 to 20 years in leadership role preferably in manufacturing/ Service sector.


- He should have exposure of at least 3-5 years at topmost position in a mid-sized conglomerate (Min. 500 Cr. Turnover) or 2nd in command role in a big sized business house.


- Candidate should NOT BE JOB HOPPER. Frequent job changes will not be entertained

Desired Skills :

- Actively involved in Mergers & Acquisition, Credit Rating, Fund raising

- Must be core part of IPO process in current/previous companies

- Be a self-starter with high-energy levels with demonstrated ability to work in ambiguity

- Have the ability to train, mentor and motivate a growing team

- Ability to make strong relationships within the organization and externally

- Should not be more than 50 years of Age

Responsibilities:

- Position involves providing leadership and contributing effectively in supporting the achievement of the business goals and objectives of the business unit through accounting, corporate finance, planning, control, and financial management.

- Monitor financial and accounting policies, procedures, and controls and smooth execution of the business plans

- Oversee the preparation of Consolidated Financial profit and loss statement and balance sheet) in line with statutory requirements and internal corporate guidelines

- Oversee working capital management of to ensure adequate liquidity and financial health of the organization and availability of funds to meet various short term commitments on a continuous basis

- Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in banks, investor bodies, regulatory bodies and other financial institutions

- Drive Corporate Governance norms and ensure transparency in all processes

- Undertake periodic tax planning exercises and, carry out timely and comprehensive analysis of any changes in the tax framework to ensure tax optimization for company

- Ensure periodic monitoring of the project margins for identification of deviations from acceptable norms

- Manage hedging and FOREX in order to provide maximum returns and minimize risks and losses
