CFO (INDIA & EUROPE)

- Develop and execute the organization's financial strategy, ensuring alignment with its overall goals and objectives.

- Oversee all financial activities, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

- Provide strategic financial analysis and insights to support decision-making and drive business growth.

- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying risks and opportunities, and recommending appropriate actions.

- Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditure to optimize financial resources.

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax requirements. Establish and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and other external stakeholders.

- Lead the finance team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support in financial operations and controls.

- Collaborate with other executive team members to align financial strategies with business strategies.

- Drive financial risk management initiatives, implementing strategies to mitigate risks and maximize returns.

Qualification And Experience:

1. CA with 18-24 Years of Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role, in a Manufacturing Organization & Familiarity with financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws applicable in INDIA & EUROPE is a MUST.

2. Strong financial acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to translate financial analysis into actionable insights.

3. Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to build and motivate a finance team.

4. In-depth knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and make sound decisions.

6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

7. Demonstrated experience in managing financial risks, ensuring compliance, and driving financial performance.

8. Proficiency in financial management systems and software. High level of integrity, ethics, and commitment to financial transparency.
