Chief Financial Officer (PAN INDIA & Europe Region)
To be a business partner with strategic and operational focus, leading a low-cost financial organisation.
To use financial data for business analysis and contribute to operational decision making and link strategic objective with the financial goal of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for devising accounting policies, procedures and internal control systems for tracking & monitoring financial operations, annual operating plan & budget and to develop and improve system for prudent Financial Management and timely and accurate completion of Financial Accounts, Balance Sheet and MIS For India & Europe, (perform) data analysis to offer ideas to management on maximizing profits.
Budgeting:
- Provide advice and technical assistance to top management in Forecasting, preparation of annual budgets, Annual Operating Plan, Projects, Cost Control & Analysis and evaluate proposals in terms of the organizational objectives & resources; Hands on experience in Project Management.
- Ensure implementation of strong internal audit. Implementation of SOPs & DOAs/ internal processes followed by strong internal controls & reporting system.
- Ensure audit of accounts, including statutory, internal & tax audit and participate in Audit Committee meetings; ensure Co-ordination of periodical internal audit of all business functions to verify procedural & statutory compliances, the accuracy of organization's records and check for mismanagement, waste, or fraud.
- Responsible for implementation of SAP / ERP system / Technology integration in line with Business requirement & develop MIS system.
- Implementation of Risk Management measures (Insurance, forex, regulatory, credit, IT, Tax, Internal control & compliance).
- Maintaining key relationship with banks; Ensure custody of all organization's critical documents; Credit control
- Interact with GST , Income Tax, Insurance companies, Financial Institutions and Government offices.
- Ensure compliance in all financial & non-financial matters - Direct/Indirect Taxes, import-export regulation, legal, companies act
- Experience in handling Finance / Banking (FB and NFB). Consortium and Multiple Banking. Ensure arrangement of debts/ loans from Financial Institutions/ Banks, Fund raising and managing treasury etc.
- To manage Cash flow, Forex/ USD mgmt., Capex and working capital management ; Assessment of capital requirement & raising required capital (short terms & Long Terms)
- To prepare action plan for cost reduction & expense control measure & ensure implementation of the same- Fixed, Variable, cost of fund etc.
- Added Advantage - To have good experience in raising capital through PE / IPO and preparing organizational strategy.
- Having exposure in growing organically through M & A; evaluations of M & A proposals & recommend Funding Options; To Identify strategic business partners & investors for business growth.
- To creating a talent pipeline to ensure that the right people and leadership skills are in place within the finance function / Team. Believes in work delegation.
Qualification And Experience:
- CA with 18-22 Years of experience within a Manufacturing Industry & Last Five Years in Leadership role. Should have international finance experience & experience in mergers and acquisitions and investor relations.
- Leadership: Leadership and communication skills - must give advice and counsel as well as provide a voice of reason. Will lead companywide transformation programs and must be able to translate detailed information into clear, concise, and accessible messaging. Creating a talent pipeline to ensure the right people and leadership skills are in place within the finance function.
- Operations: strong understanding of the company's business model and industry and be able to use this knowledge to provide an independent perspective and to constructively challenge the commercial and operations teams, ensuring that business decisions are grounded in solid financial criteria. Will be able to navigate complex data and provide analytics and predictive scenarios that drive action and decision-making. Identify opportunities for top-line growth and drive profit improvement.
- Controls: In the backdrop of global and volatile environment and additional regulatory burdens, must understand risk through a commercial as well as a financial lens. Hence able to manage risk as the business executes its strategies and initiatives as well as maintain a strong internal controls environment and financial reporting processes.
- Strategy: Analyzing company's financial strengths and weakness and supporting strategy development and helping enable its execution. Should plays a role in prioritizing and ensuring that the strategy can be funded.
- Collaboration: Good amount of soft skills and approach for establishing a collaborative working relationship with key stake holders in the organisation.
