The role of a Chief Financial Officer encompasses a wide array of responsibilities:

Financial Controller Responsibilities:

- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial data.

- Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions as needed.

FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis):

- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, collaborating with department heads to develop financial plans aligned with business objectives.

- Provide insightful analysis of financial results, highlighting key trends, opportunities, and risks.

Business Finance:

- Partner with business leaders to evaluate strategic initiatives, assess investment opportunities, and allocate capital efficiently.

- Conduct financial due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, evaluating potential risks and returns.

- Provide financial guidance and support for new product launches, pricing decisions, and market expansion strategies.

- Evaluate the financial impact of operational changes and recommend cost optimization measures.

Operations Oversight:

- Collaborate with operations teams to optimize manufacturing processes and Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production, inventory management, and distribution.

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in manufacturing and distribution facilities.

Leadership and Strategic Planning:

- Serve as a key member of the executive team, providing financial expertise and strategic guidance to drive business growth.

- Overall, the CFO plays a pivotal role in shaping financial strategy, driving operational excellence, and ensuring the company's long-term financial health and success.

Qualification & Experience Required:

- CA with post articleship 15-18 years of experience and should have experience in alcohol or FMCG industry

- Prior experience in working with a Listed Company is mandatory

- Excellent leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity

- Exceptional communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
